Krishna was found through the Marbu Clinic, established in the remote Dolakha area by the Nestling Trust in 2014.
When found in 2015 he was unable to use his legs, arms or hands and could not talk.
Referred to Kathmandu children’s hospital and SERC School for Children with Disabilities, he receives daily physio and speech therapy, funded by the Nestling Trust.
He is now independent in walking, feeding, toileting and is learning to speak. He attends lessons and is learning to write and draw, knows Nepali and English alphabet and can count.
Without the clinic at Marbu this child would have remained an outcast with no hope.
