Himshikhara, our partner NGO, is organising tailor made 'Treks with Purpose' through the magnificent mountains of Nepal, passing through picturesque Nepalese villages and culminating in watching the sunrise over the Himalayan mountain peaks. For those who wish, there is an option to spend three days taking part in a community volunteer project such as helping paint a rebuilt school classroom, connecting water pipes or creating a play area for children etc. The treks will help fund the running costs of Sarangkot Children's Home for needy and trafficked children. A reasonable, general level of fitness is all that is required.
